Are you hoping to make your relationship deeper and more satisfying?

If you are ready to take the first step, I can help.

I practice Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy: helping couples better understand their differences and build genuine empathy for each other. IBCT is a behavioral (CBT-based) treatment shown by research to work for most couples with serious relationship difficulties, including those who have have had these challenges for many years. If you wish you and your partner could feel like you’re on the same team again, even when you disagree, IBCT can help give you the tools you need.

I also see individual clients who are survivors of trauma. Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy can break the cycle of PTSD or C-PTSD by helping you find a new way of thinking about what happened, then moving you toward a more full and joyful life.
